My account is loggin me out from my data.

When i log onto sierra charts it shows my account values but then as soon as my data connects everything goes away. It will not allow me to trade. I have posted a video showing this. Please help!

For an immediate resolution it is best to go back to the version you were running. You can do that with Help >>Install Previous Version .

Especially if you are in the middle of a trading sequence and everything has to be exactly the same

If you still do not see your account , go back to version 2253 or earlier:

You are still running version 2258.

We need you to install 2253 for now. Instructions:
Software Download: Full Control Rollback Procedure

And set Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Use Enhanced Trade Simulation Service to No.
