Dear sir/madam, am I using service package 5? can I have Sierra Chart Historical Data? Or I have update my package? And I have tried to activated Denali Data Feed but it was failed. How can I solve it ? If I am using AMP to connect to Sierra Chart by CQG, what I have to : 1/ still paying the price for service 5? still enjoying Historical Data if the above is yes? Presently, I have been using interactive broker, but it have problem to update the chart w/o historical data. this problem will not happen in CQG even I am using service package 5 and real time data feed by CQG. 2/ for real time data feed, I can thru CQG ? Am I right. To conclude, I can only pay serice pagage 5 to you. pls advise me with thanks. |

Yes. You can always view your account information on the Account Control Panel by selecting Help >> Account Control Panel from within your Sierra Chart software[/b].can I have Sierra Chart Historical Data? Or I have update my package?
This is not dependent on your package, but is dependent on the Trading Service you are setup to use. Right now, it appears you have your Current Selected Service set to CQG, and you do not have any data from us (Sierra Chart), therefore, all of your data would be expected to be coming from CQG.And I have tried to activated Denali Data Feed but it was failed. It depends on why you had the failure. You should be able to just follow through the Setup Instructions for the Denali Exchange Data Feed and have the working data feed when you are done. You are paying for Package 5 to us and if you are getting historical data, it is coming from CQG.2/ for real time data feed, I can thru CQG ? Am I right.
Although this is true at the moment, There is an upcoming change where the data will have to come from Sierra Chart. Therefore, we really recommend setting up the Denali Exchange Data Feed.
