I load Sierra Charts by logging into Infinity Futures. How do I login to Sierra Charts directly without going through Infinity Futures? Thanks. WAW

Typically, you would have an icon on your desktop for Sierra Chart. This gets put there when you do an update. If you have it, then just double-click that icon to start Sierra Chart. If not, then since you are with Infinity, then most likely your Sierra Chart is installed to the following folder: C:\SierraChart\SierraChartTransActMA Go to that folder and then find the file named SierraChart_64, this will be an executable file. Run that file to start Sierra Chart. You can then copy the file and paste a shortcut on your desktop for it, if you like. Okay. I am in to SC. But, I am still linked to TransAct Futures and am not allowed on the site. As I understand it, TransAct is out of the picture since I paid you for three months directly in March. I get a message that "current service package does not support this function." How do I get dissociated from TransAct blocking my access?

You are not logging into the Sierra Chart software with the correct Account Name. You have multiple accounts with us, and you are logged into this board with the account w******. This account is expired, which is why you are getting the message about "current service package does not support this function". You need to be logged into the Sierra Chart software with the Account Name TransAct_User_w******. Make sure you continue to use just that account name going forward.
