You put the funds into the wrong account. You have two accounts with us: - T*** L L******** - TransAct_User_l***s**** You have logged into this Support Board with the T*** L L******** account, which is the one in which you added the funds. But you are logging into your Sierra Chart software with the other account. Given the times on your accounts, we recommend logging into your Sierra Chart with the T*** L L******** account going forward. This will resolve your issue. Just remember to continue to use this one account, do not use the other one.
