Error connecting to Transact

I get error message Connection error message from service: TransActWS account login error.-1(-1). I have talked to TransAct and checked my user name and password and still I get the same error message. I have rebooted computer, reset PW etc but no luck. TRansAct can not help and I do not know what to do now Steve Kaufman |

Please close your account with Transact and switch to the Sierra Chart Order Routing Service: Sierra Chart / Trading Technologies Futures Order Routing Service You have different brokers you can work with, with this service. This is the only solution. Please take our advice. You are not going to get this problem resolved with Transact. Move away from them. There is no solution any longer. Close the account with them.
