Help me restore SierraChart

Dear Support Team, I've been pretty absent for 1-2 months and now turned on my SierraChart, and the historical data does not download, the charts do not update, and I'm confused on how do I repair this. When I open the application I am greeted with this error in the middle of my chart screen (see attached). We see that you have selected package 11 to get the Denali Exchange Data Feed again, but you need to reactivate the exchange that you want. Yes, it deactivated on May 1, 2021 since you did not have enough balance to pay for the renewal. As long as you keep enough funds in your account, the data feed and your subscription will automatically renew. We also have an option to automatically bill your credit card when a payment is coming due.
