open orders cannot be deleted

Hi, I have open orders (not positions, but orders) that I cannot delete. See screenshot attached. These open orders are not open on LMAX, I have checked and there are no open orders there. How can these open orders be deleted from Sierra? KR Thomas |

I did that, and the open orders are still there. I also tried to cancel the open orders in the trade order menu, and also via flatten and cancel all. What to do? Date Time Of Last Edit: 2021-05-07 09:54:49

This is very unusual to see with LMAX. We will clear these orders at the end of the day today. That is the soonest we can take care of them.
