HELLO, I would like to know if there is any data plan that contains real-time data, but without having to register with any futures broker.

What markets do you need data for or want to trade? For example, what particular futures, Forex or stock symbols. You can also give us the exchanges that the particular symbol or symbols trade on.

If you require real-time futures data, then refer to:
https://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=doc/doc_FuturesData.php

Be sure to read the page linked above completely before making a further inquiry regarding real-time *futures* data.

The answer has been clear to me,

but I need to know if option number 11 for data service, is it not necessary to sign up for a futures broker?

The requirement to have a trading account to qualify for the non-professional exchange fees is from the CME Group. Therefore, if you do not have live, funded, futures trading account, then you would need to pay the Professional fees.

The DAX is traded on EUREX and they do not have this requirement. So you can get the EUREX data without a trading account.

Hello,

I have paid for data service 11, but I still have data late.

How can I fix the problem?

You have to go through the appropriate Setup Instructions to fully setup the data. Just having Package 11 is not enough, that is just one part of what you need to do.

For the EUREX data, refer to the following Setup Instructions:
https://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=doc/DenaliExchangeDataFeed.php#SetupInstructions_EUREX

Make sure you go through ALL of the instructions.

We do not think you need it, but if you are also wanting the instructions for the CME Group, then you will find this here:
Denali Exchange Data Feed: *Setup Instructions: CME/CBOT/NYMEX/COMEX Exchanges*
