[Programming Help] - Reverse Button Malfunction

5/4/21 when I tried using the reverse button it didn't work the way it was supposed to, it didn't liquidate my contracts and enter a new trade. I have used the reverse button on my sim account and it would liquidate all my positions and enter me in a new trade (Reverse). This didn't happen today and it is a big issue as it cost me money today. Could you please help determine what caused this and how Sierra can rectify this? Thank you in advance! I will give more details below and have attached the chart for your reference. I originally went long with 2 contracts (4165 and 4166.25) and realized my mistake so I hit the reverse button when the market was at 4163.25. At this point I was expecting my long positions to liquidate and go short at 4163.25. Something didn't look right as only one position was liquidated and then I realized that the system had entered me at another long position (4158.25 which I never requested or executed myself) at this point I knew something was wrong as I was supposed to be short and hit the Flatten button to make sure I didn't have any open/working positions. |
