If want to use Sierra charts for Futures index that is example ES NQ RTY GC.
I want to first see if the TPO indicator works for me.
Once I'm happy with the testing and then look at trading thru the charts.

But for right now I just want the chart data.
What Data package would you recommend?

We recommend you start with Package 5. This will give you the Advanced features of Sierra Chart including the TPO charts.

Along with this, we recommend that you use the Delayed Exchange Data Feed, which comes at no cost with any Sierra Chart package. The delayed data is 10-15 minutes delayed (depending on the exchange) and functions in all ways the same as real-time data. So it allows you to work with the system and develop your strategies without having to pay for real-time data. Refer to the information here:

I have now activated a live data feed. But when I log of and then back on the charts are Delayed.
What do I need to do next to get live data?

This is why we recommended you use the Delayed data to start with. In order to get the live data at the non-professional rates, you need to have a live, funded, futures trading account that you can connect your Sierra Chart to. If you do have an account, you have not connected to it yet in order to verify the account. Refer to the following for more information:

If I cancel this now would I be refunded the money I paid.

Sorry, but no, the exchanges do not give any refunds.

On your Uniform Subscriber Agreement you stated that you had an account with Dorman. If this is correct, then what trading service are you using with Dorman?

Hopefully you can use that account to verify you have a trading account for the CME Group.

We saw your email message. Confirm if you want a refund and discontinue Sierra Chart.

Or you can use the included delayed data and can be changed to Service Package 5 which is 10 USD less per month.

We have refunded the 1 month of Package 11 that you had available. You still have remaining Usage Time until May 17, 2021, as we only refund in monthly amounts.

We have also started an Account Support Ticket for you asking to have the funds refunded back to your credit card. You will find the Account Support Ticket here:

It is not unusual to see the word Delayed now because the markets are closed. However:

What futures trading/brokerage service do you use? For the reason why we ask this question, refer to:

We had to change your Service Package to 10 which has now been done. You should receive the real time data. Please confirm.

For the CME Group data, you would use the Denali Exchange Data Feed. Just keep in mind that in order to get the data at the non-professional rates, you need to have a live, funded, futures trading account to which you can connect your Sierra Chart software. Refer to the information here:
Real-Time Exchange Data Feeds Available From Sierra Chart: Understanding and Accessing Data From the CME, CBOT, NYMEX, COMEX Exchanges

If you do not have an account that will meet this criteria, then we recommend the solution outlined at the following link:
Easy Solution to CME Funded Trading Account Requirement

Once you have the above worked out (a trading account to which you can connect Sierra Chart, or you are going to pay the Professional fees) then follow the instructions at the following link to setup the Denali Exchange Data Feed for your account:
Denali Exchange Data Feed: *Setup Instructions: CME/CBOT/NYMEX/COMEX Exchanges*

this is made so complicated to be honest. SO you first have to pay for the data on Sierra charts and it will still not be live because you ALSO have to have a funded account with a broker.

The rule of having to have an account with a broker is a CME Group rule - not ours. We are just enforcing what they tell us we need to do with regards to the data.

I was using denali data last week and did not remember to fund level 10 until a day after it expired on this Saturday 08/19/2022. I re-funded account today with $45 to get CME group data and got Denali data again but my TPO chart won't come up as it did before. Sierra message says to remove study and resubmit chart with study and to get TPO chart but that did not work. I don't get any TPO charts with the service package 10 and Denali data feed. What could be the problem?

We see you are using Service Package 11 now so you can get TPO charts. Let us know if you are having any further issue?

To get the data from our Denali Exchange Data Feed, follow the instructions at the following link:
Denali Exchange Data Feed: *Setup Instructions: CME/CBOT/NYMEX/COMEX Exchanges*

Note that in order to get the data from the CME Group at the non-professional rates, you need to have a live, funded, futures trading account to which you can connect your Sierra Chart software. Refer to the following for more information on this:
Real-Time Exchange Data Feeds Available From Sierra Chart: Understanding and Accessing Data From the CME, CBOT, NYMEX, COMEX Exchanges

Your Interactive Brokers account will qualify for the above, but our servers are not showing that you are connected to it, nor have you connected to it for a few months. You will need to at least connect for a few seconds in order to verify the account in order to meet the CME Group requirement for a non-professional. The instructions to connect to your Interactive Brokers account is at the following link:
Interactive Brokers Trading Service: Setup Instructions

If you are not going to stay connected to your Interactive Brokers account at all times, then follow the instructions at the following link for how to connect at least once a month:
Real-Time Exchange Data Feeds Available From Sierra Chart: Connecting Only Once a Month to Trading Account to Support CME Group Exchange Fees
