Data Feed Connection Issue

Hi, I have renewed my suscription but now I can't connect to data feed.

It is appearing the following text:

Connection error message from service: CQG Web API | Logon unsuccessful. Server Message: Your logon is disabled. Contact you FCM.

As the statement says, you need to contact your FCM or Broker about that message. It is a CQG message stating that your logon has been disabled. This is not something we can help you with.

I have configured SC Data as a Data Feed but I have a 10 minutes delay. Why If I'm paying the advanced package?

Follow the instructions here to clear the Message Log:
Message Log: Clearing the Message Log

Open a chart for the symbol you have an issue with. Tell us that symbol of the chart.

Disconnect from the data feed with "File >> Disconnect".

Connect to the data feed with "File >> Connect to Data Feed".

After the connection and after about 10 seconds, provide a copy of the Message Log following these instructions:
