scaling on 4k monitor

previously i had my 4k monitor at 100% scaling and squeezed all my charts into that resolution. I've since changed the monitors scaling to 150% and of course its blown up my sierra charts. is it possible to run sierra charts at the native 100% whilst the monitor remains 150%? thanks |

No, that is not supported, as you made a change at an underlying level that we do not have any control over.

While SC is running, you can right click on it in the task bar and then right click again on the "Sierra Chart_64" text. Select properties from here. Click on the Compatibility tab and then the "Change high DPI settings". I clicked the first checkbox under Program DPI and it made all the difference. My charts are now super crisp and no longer blurry. You may have to adjust some font sizes or other such settings in SC, but this should set you in the right direction. |
