Good morning. I have recently updated my subscription to Package 10 - Standard + Denali Data Feed (For 6 Months). I’ve followed your instructions how to set up everything. Yet when I compare it to a friend of mine who has another service, I notice quite a difference. I also don’t notice any difference between the delayed data and the real time data, the NYSE TICK is completely two-sided. I’ve been your client since 2009 through Transact. You say “Don’t complain” but I have to because I feel I’m not having the service I’m paying for. I’ll wait for your response. |

We apologize for the delay. It is clear that chart containing the TICK-NYSE is not properly configured. Only use a separate and new chart for TICK-NYSE . Do not add it to another chart unless you understand how to configure the time zone and session times properly. Set the Time Zone for that new chart to New York. Do not use any other time zone. Thank you for the response. I've changed all my graphics to NY timezone. Please confirm that it's correct given the attached images. |

Is the global time zone in Sierra Chart set to New York or did you set it individually in the chart? This is what we see: http://www.sierrachart.com/image.php?Image=1619906029192.png Sierra Chart Support - Engineering Level Your definitive source for support. Other responses are from users. It's done for all charts on Global Settings / Timezone Settings.

i'm also noticing the difference in symbol "TICK-NYSE" compared to another platform please check screenshot for april 30th, 2021 for example, the first 30 minutes of NYSE open, we see on the top chart from another platform the tick is holding mostly below 0 while on sc "TICK-NYSE" the 1st 30 minutes of NYSE open, it's up and down between +400 and -400 possible we can look into this? |

The other source is not accurate. No chance we would look into this. I've read all the articles and explanations on the links. For intraday trading, it's impossible to use such a two-sided indicator. Only in a minor % of days is your TICK above or below 0, signaling constant momentum to either side. You're accurate, they're not. I rest my case. |
