Hi, support, please help. Two years ago I had created custom DTC server for broker api which used several persons. A month ago, since SerraChart changed a part of GUI, DataTradeService window, all users have problem with downloading history. Everything works fine, but client das not send this request during connection and new chart opening. I have checked all, this is not a problem client-server communication!! Coming down to 2150 SC version everything works fine with default settings. In a new one I have a strange message in a log window: "No historical data client is currently set to download historical Intraday data for...." Please, can you point, which settings in a new SC version should be done to force it REQUEST history from server!! My Data/Trade service settings is OK: see attachment. s_LogonResponse I have send back to SC contains : HistoricalPriceDataSupported = 1; OneHistoricalPriceDataRequestPerConnection = 0; Thanks in advance! |

. A month ago, since SerraChart changed a part of GUI, DataTradeService window, all users have problem with downloading history. It is not related to this. What version are you currently running? We want you to update to 2253: Software Download: Fast Update See if you still have the issue and if so we will test again. Date Time Of Last Edit: 2021-05-05 16:35:13

We are releasing a new revision of 2254 (Currently pre-release) which should resolve this if there still is an outstanding issue.
