Hello I recently renewed my monthly subscription for Sierra Chart on 4.24.21 and I received a message saying that my subscription would expire on 5.4.21 can you help me understand why. I thought that I had a month of service that would only be about 2 weeks. Please help |

You might have more than one Sierra Chart account and the message may be from the other account. This Sierra Chart account that you posted this message with has an ending date of 2021-06-01.
