Hello, I am trying to trade the MES. I have subscribed to package 11 and activated the CME for non professionals data/fee. When I try to pull up the chart I see "symbol settings not found for current service" Any help would be much appreciated. |

The first issue we see is you have signed up for the Non-Professional CME exchanges, which means that you need to connect to your live, funded futures trading account at the beginning of each month to qualify for the lower-priced exchange fees. You have not connected to your trading account yet this month. Refer to the following: Real-Time Exchange Data Feeds Available From Sierra Chart: Connecting Only Once a Month to Trading Account to Support CME Group Exchange Fees Once you resolve the above and you have your Service set as you want, then select Edit >> Translate Symbols to Current Service to ensure that you have your symbols set correctly for your selected service.
