I am trying to add a DRAWING_PITCHFORK_SCHIFF from ACSIL (with AddAsUserDrawnDrawing set to 1). I am unable to configure specific properties of this tool from ACSIL which I can usually do by going into chart drawing properties on the chart. I would like a way to apply, say Tool Config 8, to a user drawn DRAWING_PITCHFORK_SCHIFF tool from ACSIL. At the moment, I am adding the drawing from ACSIL as step 1 and then I have to double click on the chart properties to set them (settings on the Options tab and some settings like the AC and BC on the Levels tab) to how I want them to be as a step 2. Is his currently doable? If not, would you be able to support this? Thanks. |

Currently you can not do this. However, in ver 1108 a new field has been added to the s_UseTool class named UseToolCfgNum. This field can be set to a value of 1-8 and the corresponding tool config will be used to set up the drawing. There is an example usage at the end of the study scsf_UseToolExample(), which is in studies.cpp. The example simply changes the tool cfg each new bar. |
