Hello Support, For options I am unable to download the historical data. When I pull up a chart only the data from the time I pull the chart up shows. I am able to see the data in the IQFEED time and sales.

I have gone through the setup page and checked my settings. I have also contacted IQfeed and everything is good on there end.

Follow the instructions here to clear the Message Log:
Message Log: Clearing the Message Log

Fully re-download the data in the chart by going to the chart and selecting "Edit >>Delete All Data and Download".

After about a minute provide a copy of the Message Log following these instructions:
