Issue activating simulated trading account

Hi, I followed all the steps to create an account for simulated trading. I followed the steps to be able to adjust the account balance value but once I did that the Log gives the following message "Account balance adjustment rejected. Account balance adjustments not authorized | Symbol: (unset) . I than restarted Sierra to see if that fixed the issue but after logging in again the account wasn't visible anymore in Trade > Trade account monitor / balances window. I am on version 2252. I hope you can help me with this. Thanks in advance! |
