Why can´t i plot the 00:00 in my time axis in 60 min or 30 m charts? if i chose a time line that starts at 00:00 is only visible in a 15 min chart?

The reason for what you are seeing is due to when the bars are drawn, which is dependent on your Session Times. And then how your study settings are in order to determine where to draw the line based on the bar times.
