Can someone please help me get reconnected with my Data feed. I paid my monthly subscription and every time I try to reconnect it tells me that this Function doesn't support this current package. Help please !!! |

Hello I recently renewed my monthly subscription for Sierra Chart on 4.24.21 and I received a message saying that my subscription would expire on 5.4.21 can you help me understand why. I thought that I had a month of service that would only be about 2 weeks. Please help |
