Denali Depth working with CQG but not Rithmic

Hi, I'm currently using Denali depth. My heatmap and depth bars work with my cqg login, but when I try to use my rithmic login, I have no depth/heat map. Not sure if there's a setting that I need to change or what's causing the issue? Thank you |
