Hello, My charts have the word "delayed" next o each one of them and it seems my data is delayed, why is that? this first time that this happens, everything ok on the server's side? I am sure nothing is wrong with my account. |

The reason you are not getting real-time data from the CME Group of exchanges is that you activated the Non-Professional exchange fees, but you have not verified that you have a live, funded, futures trading account, which the CME needs in order to allow you data at the lower priced fees.
