Quote Boards and Chart No Longer Updating

Hello,

Logged in today, connected without issue but neither charts nor quote boards are receiving price updates. I downloaded the latest update and still nothing. I noticed the Data trade service screen has changed but the service and settings seem the same.

Can you point me to the correct support board to find a solution?

Follow the instructions here to clear the Message Log:
Message Log: Clearing the Message Log

Open a chart for the symbol you have an issue with. Tell us that symbol of the chart.

Disconnect from the data feed with "File >> Disconnect".

Connect to the data feed with "File >> Connect to Data Feed".

After the connection and after about 10 seconds, provide a copy of the Message Log following these instructions:

You could also be using the wrong symbols. Update Sierra Chart to the latest version:

There are missing Symbol Settings or there is some issue with the existing Symbol Settings.

Follow the instructions here to update the Symbol Settings:
