My Tick chart is quite strange after 2 hours

Hi. I am having problems with sierrachart since April 17th. When I open sierrachart at 8 am (NY time) the tick chart is correct. Then I close Sierrachart at 10 am when I finish trading. That is caused by the CQG historical data. You really need to use the Denali Exchange Data Feed to not have that occur. Ok. I just need CME non-professional top-of-book which cost 1.25$. But there is no a Sc package that includes SC package 3 and and the $1,25 datafeed
