data not loading correctly

for the last two days many of my charts are no longer working properly. for example i just opened up sierra charts and the chart just opened up to the current candle. everything between now and last night does not show on my chart. also the Heiken ashi smoothed indicator just stopped working. i have restarted my computer etc, tried reloading the charts and samething continues to happen. please help |
