Since I don't trade futures anymore I need to re-setup my sierrachart account. Could you please guide me into this ? I need to use Sierra to chart real time tick by tick data for Us equities( nyxe,nasdaq,amex) . I also need real time tick by tick data for OTC stocks, symbols included in this page: https://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=doc/SierraChart_RealTime_And_Historical_Symbols.php&SymbolsPage=Stocks&ID=6#OTHER%20OTC My priority would be to use The Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed of course. What data feed(s) should I buy/activate for my account and what services do I need to disable and activate in my account control panel after I renew my sc usage time? |

The first thing to do is to reactive your Usage Time. You will want either Package 3 or Package 5. You will find the differences in these packages here: Description of Service Packages and Pricing: Packages To actually renew your service, refer to the instructions here: Sierra Chart Purchase and License Information: Instructions Then, you will need to setup the Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed and activate the U.S. Equities exchange within that to get the real-time data that you want. We just need to point out that our U.S. Equities data feed does NOT include Market Depth data. Everything clear but I can't find any reference about the 3 OTC markets (OTCQX, OTCQB and Pink) . Are they included in the Sierra Chart real time Exchange Data Feed, or do I need to activate another data package on top of that to have OTC real time tick by tick data quotes? |

The symbols that are listed in the OTC link you gave above are part of the U.S. Equities feed. If you are looking for something else that is not listed then we do not have that data. You could check with IQFeed or Interactive Brokers to see if they have what you are looking for.
