I switched from Denali realtime from CQG and today there was a no data from 11:10 to 11:58 CST. I checked time and sales and there is a block missing even after a restart. Will they ever repopulate? Is there a problem with my account? Did I configure my services correctly? Am I using Denali real time?

Everything looks good in terms of your account and the Denali Exchange Data Feed setup.

Go through the instructions in this section to ensure you have everything set correctly:

After you finish the above, you should have the [M] after your symbol in the Chart Header. If you do, then go back to the section of the missing data and follow these instructions to get the missing data:
Historical Intraday Data (Missing Data / Download Errors / Viewing More Data): Retrying the Download When There is Data in the Chart
