DOM will Not leave Simulation mode

The DOM reverts to simulation mode. I unclick simulation mode under Trade and my account number appears. However, as soon as I try to execute either a buy or sell the DOM reverts back to Simulation mode again and will not execute any trade on my live account.

You have the setting for File >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Current Selected Service set to SC Data - All Services. This should be set to your trading service.
