Market Volume data is not displaying correctly

Hello, I have been using SC on the simulator for over 3 months with no issue. I have been trading ES and CL on the sim. The number of days data displayed on the market profile works really well and as a rule I use 365 days worth of historical data to set my analysis and execute my trades.

Last week I activated my AMP Futures account and subscribed to CQG data feed from them. I have connected my AMP account to my SC account, so now am ready to trade live.

However, when I look at the market profile, I note that the historical data only goes back 4 weeks. Even when I go into chart : chart settings : 'days to load'and adjust it tp 500 for both ES and CL the data timeline remains the same, i.e. only the last 4 weeks

I've even tried, Edit : Delete all data and download.......but to no avail.

Can you advise me please as to how to rectify this. It's making any trading impossible as I do not have the historical data to hand. Thanks

You have to use the Denali Exchange Data Feed to resolve your issue. CQG has a lack of historical data.
