Hi I have a simulation account with Apteros. It worked well but now there is an error if I open an intraday chart: Symbol is uknown. I cannot find any error on my side because it worked well. I tried with CL and ES and both symbols are not available. It works with "SC Data - All Service" but not with the simulation account. Thanks in advance. Date Time Of Last Edit: 2021-04-19 16:36:16

You have the "Full CME Group with Market Depth for NonProfessionals" exchange active. But you have not connected to your futures trading account this month. Thanks for your reply. I have followed the instruction. I connected to the SC Data - All Services today but I have still no connection on my simulation account. Do I have to wait until next first day of the month? (May 1, 2021). Or are there other options available? |

You need to connect to your funded futures trading account.
