Hi, on my DOM I can only see bid and offer volume at a single price point. From what I've read this is due to not having market depth on my account, yet I'm sure I do. Is there a setting that I'm missing or could you confirm if I have market depth on my account, please. Thanks

You are NOT signed up to get the Market Depth data for the CME Group. The exchange you have selected for the CME Group does NOT include the Market Depth. You can change your selections on this page: https://www.sierrachart.com/UserControlPanel.php?page=DenaliDataFeed Just keep in mind that the exchanges work on a calendar month basis, so you will be charged the full amount for any exchanges that you enable just for the remainder of this month and then charged again on the first of next month. Also, you can not get refunds for the already activated exchange. Also note, you ARE signed up to get market depth data for the EUREX data.
