Hello .. I have a question. Is it possible to use sierra chart with the Denali Exchange data feed (Service Package 11) and not have a 10 minute delay? thanks

The reason you are not getting real-time data is because you have not gone through all the Setup Instructions and configured everything properly. Make sure you work through all of the items one-by-one starting here for the CME Group Data: Denali Exchange Data Feed: *Setup Instructions: CME/CBOT/NYMEX/COMEX Exchanges* Or here if you are wanting data from EUREX: https://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=doc/DenaliExchangeDataFeed.php#SetupInstructions_EUREX Also, be aware of the requirement from the CME Group to have a futures trading account in order to qualify as a non-professional.
