SMS alerts stopped working

Hello:
My sms alerts have stopped working. I am wondering if the issue is on the SC side or my side? Alert log shows that the alert is being triggered and that everything is working. Could there still be an issue with the sms provider?

Copy and paste your message log after the system is supposed to have sent an SMS. We want to see if there is any kind of error in the log. Follow these instructions:

Follow these instructions to use the Forced Login procedure:
Sierra Chart - Software Login Instructions: Forced Login

Then try again and if you still have a problem then we want you to go to the Sierra Chart website and Disable and re-enable the option for SMS messaging at this link:
https://www.sierrachart.com/UserControlPanel.php?page=SMS

Then try again and let us know if it is working or not.

Then we do not know what the cause is. There is just some reason the SMS is not going all the way through the network, but we do not know what it is.

I took a look at the last time I received a sms alert and it was February 2/28 I believe. Could it be related to the billing change somehow with AMP?

No, this is definitely not related to the billing change. You have always been paying for the SMS messaging directly through us. And nothing has changed in our setup with the messaging.

We really do not know where the issue is.
