No Connection on Sieera Chart

I recently try to logon to Sierra Chart, however, I am getting CONNECTION ERROR message. The message reads: "Connection error message from service. SC?TT Futures Order Routing | Connection error. Trade account not assigned." Please let me know how to fix it. Thanks, Jonathan |

You must have AMP as your broker, as AMP stopped support for the Sierra Chart Futures Order Routing Service about 2 months ago. They should have informed you of this and they should have moved your account to use CQG for order routing. As such, you should have received a set of credentials for your CQG account. If you do not have these, then you need to ask AMP about it. Once you have the CQG credentials, then follow these instructions to connect your Sierra Chart to CQG: CQG Trading Platform Service: Setup Instructions After you finish the above, then open your Chartbooks and select Edit >> Translate Symbols to Current Service, this will update your symbols to CQG symbols.
