hello im trying to code a bot, i have the alerts going off all day long as you can see in the alert manager log when i go to the Sierrachart/Logs , its not there. How do i know where this is going? i need to code the bot to look where this .txt log is being written to all day i followed the instructions, i installed this default {sierra} and have never moved it so the log should be in there. is there a setting that needs to be turned on? |

i see i can save the file to log but does this write continiously? what i want to do is capture the log in real time and have my bot read it so it can send me the alert to my room, thats it. this pic ive been able to save it, but will every new alert be populated to this file in realtime, or do i have to save it all the time for the alerts to poulate in the log file what i really want is the alerts from the alert manager to be able to be captured in real time |

in this example, you can see the most recent TSLA alert is not written to the log automatically so the bot wont be able to catch it and alert it. is there a way to fix this? |

Refer to the following setting: General Settings Window: Save Alerts Log to File (Global Settings >> General Settings >> Log >> Log) For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing |
