Generally, it is not a problem. Usually it just means that your computer clock is off by 5 seconds.

If you want Sierra Chart to check and update your computer System Time, then refer to the following:
General Settings Window: Periodically Set System Date-Time from Server (Global Settings >> General Settings >> General >> Update Intervals)
