Hi, I am getting a connection error message from service: CQG WebAPI Logon unsuccessful. Your logon is disabled. Contact FCM. This appeared as I switched to direct payment for the data feed to Sierra instead of through AMP. What is the problem?

The message does not have anything to do with your switching to paying directly to us. What it means is just what it states. For some reason your broker, or CQG, has disabled your CQG login for some reason. You need to ask your broker about this, there is nothing we can do to help.
