when i'm delete & redownloading intraday (due to the denali feed issue since market open today) data for various CME symbols, the data that ends up being redownloaded from server:ds23.sierracharts.com port 10149 is still wrong (it's missing certain amounts of data) as of right now, which is 10:07pm PST. it has been over 7 hours since market open and the intraday data being downloaded from the ds23 server is still faulty. i have to delete & redownload intraday data again until i manage to get it to be redownloaded from server: ds21.sierracharts.com port 10150 i'd appreciate it if you could have this fixed so that the intraday data originating from both server ds21 and server ds23 are identical. |
