Some of the symbols are not loading Denali data. Here is an example: ES, MES, CL, NQ, RTY do not work. YM, MYM, ZN seem to work.

same thing here. Denali is active but DOM is frozen.. no data is coming through

no renewal. Data is delated and DOM is completely blank. I did not renew anything

same experience here on the exact same products as you described. not getting NQ ES RTY but getting YM. |

Edit: Working now. I guess the issue was resolved server side. Same problem here... no symbols work for me (not even YM, ZN). I was working on troubleshooting by creating a simple chartbook in a single instance and a single data connection to Denali only (and was going through this page: Intraday Chart or Chart Bars Not Updating | Blank Intraday Chart | "Currently no data to display" message for Intraday Chart: 3.9 - Options that Disable Chart Updating) but it still wasn't working, so I'm glad someone posted here. Other than updating to 2247 I hadn't really done anything environmentally since Friday when it was working last. The Status Bar numbers are incrementing like there is data flowing but realtime charts (e.g. footprint) are not updating and the DOM is blank. There are no errors in the Message Log but I do see things like "HD Request # 28 | Received 0 records from 00:00:00.000000 to 00:00:00.000000 (0.0 seconds) and wrote 0 records for YMM21-CBOT | 2021-04-11 15:56:31.836" Date Time Of Last Edit: 2021-04-11 23:08:50
