System not receiving Intra-day data

Hi Support,

System not receiving " Intra-Day " data.

I suspect this is related to Service Package and changes that have been made without my knowledge.

Note: Service Package 5 has been changed to " 11 " resulting in the Denali Data feed being cancelled?

Q. Is my system receiving " Intra-Day " data at your end?

Can you please confirm and provide an update.

We are not sure what the issue is. Follow the instructions below so we can get the Message Log:

Follow the instructions here to clear the Message Log:
Message Log: Clearing the Message Log

Fully re-download the data in the chart by going to the chart and selecting "Edit >>Delete All Data and Download".

After about a minute provide a copy of the Message Log following these instructions:

Also make sure you are using the correct symbols with this Edit menu command:
Edit Menu: Edit >> Translate Symbols To Current Service
