GM, Would it be too much to ask that you send us a receipt or a simple comentary of your charges, when they occur? You have charged me twice in the last 30 days, I'm not completely sure still of what I'm paying or if I'm missing something, or if I need to say something to my broker (AMP) regarding this. If I'm not mistaken I have paid for: Denali Exchange Data Feed and Exchanges Monthly Cost: 31.2 USD and Service Package Enabled For Renewal: 11 - Advanced + Denali Data Feed (Monthly) - 46 USD / Month Anyway, the susprising thing to me is that I don't have not even a single line in my email box regarding your charges. Plus, they happened in completely different dates. I'd like to pay for whatever I have to pay, all together. What should I do to acomplish that? Thank you and have a good day |

This is not possible because these are different transaction types. Exchange fees are connected with the calendar month and are billed in full and if active at the end of the month, they will be billed at the beginning of the month.
