Bonjour,

Merci

From Google Translate:
Hello,

I have been receiving messages for some time telling me that the platform's invoicing will no longer take place via AMP but via sierra.
If I understand correctly, you just have to make a transfer and my account will be reactivated?
Will AMP stop billing the platform on its own?
And concerning the flows, should we go through sierra or always through AMP?
Thank you

You are correct, the invoicing for the use of Sierra Chart related items are to be paid directly to Sierra Chart. There is no activation or transfer that needs to occur. You have always had a Sierra Chart account, it is just a change in who is making the payments. You will continue to use the same Account Name and Password that you have been using.

AMP will no longer be billing you for any Sierra Chart related fees. In your case, this is just the Sierra Chart Usage Time. You are getting your data from another source (not Sierra Chart). So you will continue to pay for your data and trading fees through AMP.

In order to make a payment to Sierra Chart, select Help >> Add Usage Credit from within your Sierra Chart software. This will open a browser to our Payments page where you can specify the amount to pay and select whether you want to pay via Stripe or PayPal.
