This change w/ AMP is confusing. I log into Sierra & show two accounts. I may have been responsible for opening two accounts over the past years. I only need one. I also have questions about this "Denali" exchange data. ~> Market depth options etc. . Issues w/TWO accounts. Delete One. Cannot effect stop bracket orders with Sierra Charts. I select "stop" with a bracket contingency- and my order is immediately filled upon entering the order. I want my order filled when stop price is reached- Instead it fills a market order. If I continue with Sierra- I need to speak with a support team member today-if possible. Charles Woodrow |

Talked with customer. Removed secondary account that he is not using. Helped him add credit to his account and explained the Denali Exchange Data Feed.
