I received an email from you on April 7 indicating that I had 2 Sierra Accounts i.e. mdressel and Transact_User_mdressel. You indicated that if I wanted to use the Transact account, I could consolidate the mdressel account into the Transact acoount. My question is will this cost me extra money? If not, just consolidate the accounts. Mark Dressel

1. TransAct_User_mdressel has only 2 days of usage time on it. We recommend that you continue using mdressel as it has 2 weeks of usage time and the Denali data feed with CME data.

We have also extended your direct account by 2 days of usage time.

2. Also regardless of which Sierra Chart account you will be using to receive real-time CME data through the Denali Exchange Data Feed when using the lower-priced CME exchange fees which are enabled on your account, requires that you connect Sierra Chart to your live trading account at least once a month.

Thank you. After the consolidation do I still have to connect my Sierra account to my trading account once a month? Mark Dressel

If you are not going to be staying connected to your trading account at all times, then yes, you will need to connect at least once a month. Refer to the following:
