I have made a payment per the following but it has not been credited. Please correct.

Your payment was properly posted to your account, but then your account also renewed for Package 5 for 3 months, which took most of the funds out.

You can always view your Transaction History by going to the Account Control Panel (select Help >> Account Control Panel from within the Sierra Chart software) and then selecting the link for Transaction History and Payment Receipts. You can also get to the page directly through the following link and logging in with your Sierra Chart Account Name and Password:
