Hi Support, For a while now, I had 2 Sierras connected to my computer, but one of the computers was corrupted so I had to do system restore to factory and wipe it clean and start over. When I re-downloaded Sierra on this computer again, I am not able to connect this Sierra to my Interactive Brokers data feed any longer. When I click on Global Settings - Data/Trade Service Settings Windows, I do not get Service scroll down section where I can input Interactive Brokers as my data feed. I just get Data/Trading Service Settings Window showing that I am connected in the [Sim] mode to SC DATA -All Services and I can't modify anything. Please help me fix this issue, I would like to connect my second Sierra to my Interactive Brokers data feed. |
