So what am I paying 50$ a month for? I pay 50 but get nothing and then I have to pay to get data? I'm sorry theres just no guidance here what do I need to do to get real time stock data. What exchanges do I need?

It looks like you figured most of it out, as we see that you have the Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed active with the U.S. Equities exchange active. Do you need data for the CME Group or EUREX? If not, then you should change your package to Package 5.
