Talked to customer. He is getting a Market Data Authorization error for his CQG data. We told him he needs to let AMP know about this so they can fix the issue with this CQG data. Also, refer to the information here:

Hi

I just talk to AMP engineer and read your text.

Follow is his answer on my behalf to Sierra Chart:

I am Gennady do not have any data on CBOT and I am using DENALI. Can you please enable CBOT exchange on my SC with DENALI. You should enable CBOT. CBOT has mini DOW June 2021. I check with AMP and I am unable to trade live on CQG. AMP does not give me data for charts.

So AMP is telling you that you are not setup to get data from CQG. Then you need to decide if you want to get the data from CQG or from us (Sierra Chart). If you want to get it from CQG, then you will need to let AMP know this so they can set it up for you.

I want to get data from SC and click on link . I finished Account preparation and Sign the Agreement. In Change Service Package paragraph they ask me "if you already have the D. E. D. F. active for your account and I stop. Please help.

You do not have Package 10, 11, or 12 active yet. You will be changing to Package 10, as that is the Standard Package with the Denali Exchange Data Feed Fee in it.
