I purchased a new computer, and downloaded/installed Sierra Chart. I built a new chartbook, and I am now receiving messages (for ES and NQ) that "Symbol is unknown. Already subscribed to symbol. New subscription rejected". My data is not being updated. Please advise. |

Those messages tell us that you have a mix of "old" and "new" symbols. We updated the symbols we use for the Sierra Chart related services. Open your Chartbook and select Edit >> Translate Symbols to Current Service to get all the symbols updated to the "new" versions.
